WELCOME TO
Rivertide is a center for mindful movement practices, including yoga, martial arts, and fitness. In addition, Rivertide is home to practitioners of various therapeutic modalities who work with a holistic approach to wellness. Our mission is to cultivate practices that help to integrate mind and body, and to support overall well-being in individuals and in community.
$15/45minutes! Pay the toll, take the onramp, and go directly to the fast lane! Join Rivertide’s own Personal Trainer and Chief Aikido Instructor, Patrick, as he leads this Full Body Strength & Conditioning class.
You will use dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, jump ropes, animal flows, and more! Your workout will hit all 7 Functional Movements of the human body, enhancing your cardio, strength, flexibility, and mobility.
In this beginner-friendly yoga class, we focus on playful exploration of movement and breath in an embodied flow. Listen to your own body, adapt the practice as desired, and rest when you feel called to do so. This is a great class to drop in on anytime. No experience is necessary so you are welcome to make an outing of it and bring a friend!
