For this age group, we focus on specific footwork, dojo etiquette, Japanese vocabulary, and learning to work with other students in a cooperative manner.

In Aikido we absorb and redirect the energy of an attack in a way that keeps everyone safe.

In our kids' aikido classes, we practice footwork, dojo etiquette and Japanese vocabulary. Kids learn aikido techniques, sword work, and practice rolling and falling.
