Our Kettlebell Club is Small Group Personal Training led by Patrick Gaucher, CPT and Chief Aikido Instructor at RivertideCenter, in Catskill, NY.

We aim to build a fundamentally skilled and dedicated group seeking greater strength, endurance, coordination and mobility. You will find no single better tool for this total package than KETTLEBELLS! We practice high-quality movements and exercise progressions geared to keep each individual safe while advancing. All this in a fun, welcoming environment!

Try a sample introductory class for $40.

Your first few classes in Rivertide’s Kettlebell Club will focus on activating the muscle groups used as anchors within kettlebell movements, and personal safety protocols used in our approach. You will also try some foundational exercises, laying the groundwork for a fitness journey totally unique to kettlebelling! 

  • Club meets Wednesdays & Fridays 6-7 pm
  • Try a sample introductory class for $40. If you love it and decide to join Kettlebell Club, that class fee will be deducted from your first Month’s Payment.
  • All genders welcome!
  • All classes are barefoot to develop a strong, stable, intelligently grounded body!
  • Kettlebell Club membership includes the 15/45 WorkOut!
