Physical fitness training that addresses our personal goals and values is more essential now than ever. With screen time making us increasingly sedentary, reconnecting to our foundational movement patterns allows us to enjoy the capabilities of the human body.

Mobility and muscular endurance tremendously enhance quality of life. Patrick uses high-value mindful movements, weighted and unweighted, to support structurally sound bodies, enabling his clients to “take their training out into the real world” with more vitality, ease, and confidence.

Sessions take place in Rivertide Center’s private studio. We will collaborate in developing a personalized program to help you reach your goals. I utilize adaptable, mind/body coordinated movements intended to open the door for all bodies to greater physical awareness and overall fitness.
