Free Intro to Aikido Class – Every Third Thursday
Our cooperative training model allows for both a dynamic and adaptable practice. In Aikido we absorb and redirect the energy of an attack in a way that keeps everyone safe. Learning to roll and fall safely is foundational in Aikido. You will learn techniques that employ circular movements, timing and blending to neutralize attacks with throws or joint locks. Consistent practice helps to develop mental focus, core strength, balance and flexibility.
