Our Kettlebell Club is Small Group Personal Training led by Patrick Gaucher, CPT and Chief Aikido Instructor at Rivertide Center.
We aim to build a fundamentally skilled and dedicated group seeking greater strength, endurance, coordination, and mobility.
You will find no single better tool for this total package than KETTLEBELLS!
We practice high-quality movements and appropriate exercise progressions geared to keep each individual safe while advancing. All this in a fun, welcoming environment!
This Membership package gives you unlimited access to all of our fitness classes, including Kettlebell Club and the 15/45 Workout, a Full Body Strength & Conditioning class with Rivertide’s own Personal Trainer and Chief Aikido Instructor, Patrick.

Your first few classes in Rivertide’s Kettlebell Club will focus on activating the muscle groups used as anchors within kettlebell movements, and personal safety protocols used in our approach. You will also try some foundational exercises, laying the groundwork for a fitness journey totally unique to kettlebelling!
• Club meets Wednesdays & Fridays 6-7 pm

• All classes are barefoot to develop a strong, stable, intelligently grounded body!
